Yikes! What a Saturday. I was in Palm Desert all weekend, so my husband and 13 year old daughter had to do all the packing. Once evacuation was mandatory, they put everything in the car and went to a friends house in Orange. They were able to come back home early Sunday morning. Our neighbor left for a few hours, but returned late Saturday and took these photos. The one-story house you see in the foreground is ours!

Now that is scary!! I am so glad that everything was ok. When we got home, I was watching the 11 pm news... and saw Jill!! Glad her house was ok, too!
